The interdisciplinary collective Das Leben am Haverkamp works on themes such as the alter ego, transformation, identity and the origin of myths. They often seek collaborations with sculpture, performance, social practices and film. They located their playground at Stille Veerkade, inhabiting a former white cube that soon got stacked with their collection of obscure tools and lush plants. Sparing a square room in the back allows them to host exhibitions, screenings, dinners and bingos.
Das Leben Am Haverkamp is wheelchair-friendly and all spaces can be reached by wheelchair and mobility scooter through the emergency exit on the ground floor.
