Tickets
If you purchase tickets, your fist and last name plus e-mail address is processed by Eventbrite.
Newsletters
Through our website, you can sign up for our newsletter. This way we can keep you up-to-date about the latest Rewire news. We only process your email address for this.
Improving our website
We collect information about your activity on our website, so we can keep improving our web environment. For this we use Google Analytics and Hotjar (see ‘Cookies’ for more info).
We store your email address as long as you are subscribed to our mailing list.
We do not sell your data to third parties, and will only provide your data to others then it is necessary for the agreement we have with you, or when mandatory for legal obligations.
When a business needs to process your data on our behalf, we set up a Data Processing Agreement to ensure that we maintain our level of security and confidentiality of your data.
Tickets
For the sale of tickets, we use the services of Eventbrite.
Newsletters, press updates and direct emails
We use Mailchimp to send newsletters, press releases and direct emails.
Email and file storage
We use applications provided by Google for email and file storage.
For our website, we use analytical cookies, to analyse the usage of our website and to keep improving the online experience.

For this, send us a request to pr@rewirefestival.nl, we will respond within four weeks. If you have submitted your request, we might need to ask for additional information to verify who you are. In the event that you want us to delete your data, we can no longer provide the services that require these data.
