Void Of Sound is the alter ego of Sigurd Borge Kristoffersen. Since starting with the project in 2010 (after he’d learned to work his way around Logic Pro) Kristoffersen has been prolific; releasing three albums, the latest being 2013’s Black_White.

Void Of Sound is an apt name; with the music scouting areas that can be described as intensely atmospheric, and sometimes bordering on the nihilistic. Drawing inspiration from (in his words) “the dark Norwegian nature”, Kristoffersen’s work can be an overpowering experience in a live setting, where moody visuals are set against guitar improvisations and wild, almost feral vocal lines.
