Shit and Shine is a London-based group, comprising of an array of British and American musicians. Its typical line-up has multiple drummers and guitarists, reminiscentofa number of percussive-oriented post-psychedelic bands. Their 2012 LP, ‘Jream Baby Jream’, “continued to investigate the possibility of an electronic dance music that confounds dancers.” This spring, Shit and Shine returns with a new albumunder the magnificent title of ’54-Synth-Brass 38 Metal Guitar 65 Cathedralon which the group creates akrautrock-meets-minimal wave sound.
