Syria-born DJ, artist, and producer Yara Said, aka Noise Diva, is a local legend of the Netherlands, renowned for her inventive mixing and vast selections for dance floors as well as her magical, wistful productions and live sets. A co-founder of KLAB and a resident at Amsterdam’s Garage Noord, Noise Diva’s musical stylings entwine Moroccan trap, Egyptian R&B, French drill, dancehall, and UK garage. While she’s beloved for her ability to conjure dancers to the dancefloor with her incredible selections, it is in her production work and live shows that listeners are led into subtler realms of noisy, textural introspection.
