No Plexus is a genre-queer experimental electronic music duo consisting of artists No Compliments and Bec Plexus. To mark the mid-way point of their two-year residency at Rewire, No Plexus will tease their next sonic direction in the form of a new experimental audio-visual performance in collaboration with stage designer Emmanuel Biard. Sourcing inspiration from the natural world and mythology, their new sonic direction side-steps from their penchant for club-inspired drama, toward a joyful and inquisitive atmosphere. With synthetic recreations of bird song, liquid sounding sound design, and hyperreal acoustic instruments, the duo invites the listener to join in a state of wonder. No Plexus step out of their individual backgrounds in contemporary classical music to champion a concept-driven yet playful approach to experimental pop and electronica. Since releasing their debut album Rite of Passage (2023), the group have been honing their live shows while touring across Europe.
