Nadia Struiwigh

Nadia Struiwigh is a Berlin-based Rotterdam-born producer, DJ, and live performer who wanders in the pastures of electronic sounds – focussing around ambient, techno, and electro. From the cybernetic, early internet ambience of her Nous'klaer Audio debut EP Oooso (2021) and its album-length follow up Pax Aurora (2021), to her Dekmantel Records release Birds Of Paradise (2023), where the murky cyberpunk impulses grow in ferocity, Struiwigh's music is a trove of nostalgic and futuristic synthesised magic. It builds rich, interweaving motifs that create a strong sense of visuality and texture, recalling the golden age of experimental electronica led by projects like Boards of Canada, Biosphere, and Aphex Twin. Struiwigh returns to Rewire festival to perform in The Grey Space in the Middle's basement – promising a lush set of fervent electronics.
