Based in The Hague, Serbian-born composer Ivan Vukosavljević explores the sonic possibilities of instruments, using its potential as a core principle in creating his compositions. Joined by Korean pianist Il Hoon Son at Rewire 2018, the pair present a new work in which an electric guitar is placed inside the piano, creating a hybrid instrument where the resonances of both guitar and piano strings reveal an exceptionally intense and intimate palette of sound.
